An exquisite cast iron front slot machine, also known as the Spearmint, manufactured by Mills Novelty Co. in 1920. The Operators Bell features an ornate case with light details of red and displays a new award card and reel strips. With replacement gooseneck slide and cabinet base but retaining the early and correct pin mechanism and an older cash box. Plays and pays. Moderate wear throughout. One key is included.
