A seldom seen, electrified machine with a tall oak cabinet on a massive cast iron platform. Depositing one cent would allow the customer to pull up on the large steel handle to measure their strength. The handle pull would move a monkey up a pole on a chain mechanism in front of a silk screened painted jungle scene background. Colored lights and a bell at the top would comparatively measure the strength of each player. Metal tag reads “International Mutoscope Reel Co.” The cabinet is composed of beautiful quarter sawn oak and is in great condition. There is wear to the jungle scene. Circa 1938. Two keys are included.
