A purely mechanical tabletop pinball machine, manufactured by Gottlieb in 1932. It is said to be named after the Hollywood movie by the same name, nominated for Best Picture in 1931. It has a charming oak cabinet with a figure 8 style interior, complete with 14 score pockets and 1 "Out" pocket. Colored in red, white and blue with details of gold. There is moderate surface wear with noticeable scratches on the wood but the interior is very clean. Works well, 10 balls per game.
