This is a variation of the High Top slot machine, manufactured by Mills Novelty Co. in 1948, specifically designed for the Horseshoe Casino. It has a cast aluminum front with "Horseshoe" engraved at the top and a chrome grill. The reserve reads "Jackpots Machine Drops 20 Coins" in a red setting, matching the red knob on the handle. Likely a restored original Horseshoe with holes in the bottom for bottom drop. With replacement reel strips and cash box. Functions properly. One key is included.
