Lot contains: (A) 1939 pattern, tan-colored, wool/rayon NSDAP visor cap with blue piping. The blue piping indicates the political "Ortsgruppen" level. Fixed to the front of the body is a 1939 pattern, gilt-colored eagle, beneath it, is a 1939 pattern oak-leaf wreath. Golden yellow, twisted Celleon cord chin strap, attached by gilt, pebbled metal buttons. Brown Vulcan fiber visor is complete and in good condition. To the interior of the cap is a brown leather sweatband with a few loose areas. Cap is fully lined in gold colored silk or rayon, partial celluloid sweat shield. Reverse of sweatband has a tan oilcloth RZM tag. CONDITION: The exterior wool crown, body, and the velvet center band are all in very good condition with one small hole on the top. (B) 1936 pattern NSRKB, deep navy blue wool construction visor cap. Front features a 1938 pattern, stamped aluminum, spread-winged eagle, beneath is a stamped aluminum wreath. The black rayon center band features machine embroidered mobile swastikas alternating with shields, within which are "Kyffhauser" monuments. Twisted silver wire chin cord attached by pebbled silvered buttons. Black tarred leather visor is complete and in good condition. The interior of the cap is fully lined in blue rayon, and features a tan leather sweatband. Ink stamped, in silver, to a celluloid diamond sewn to the interior crown is "Deutscher", "Reichskriegerbund", "Kyffhauser" "(ges. geschutzt)" and "Origial Kyffhauser-Mutze". CONDITION: Excellent.
