Wadsworth & Carter" ; columnar format document, 1 p., large folio sheet, summarizing issues of rations to the 1st and 2nd New York Regiments, the New York Levies, Crane's Artillery and the Quartermaster General's Department; , B) "Provisions Issued by Jno. Post, on General Orders &C", np., nd. (but probably also late 1782),1 p., quarto, summarizing issue of 510 gills of rum to the same corps above; and C) "State of Connecticut in a/c [account] with Paul Brigham (Capt)" , Pay Table Office to Paul Brigham, 30 December 1783, ADS, 1 p., folio, "To Sundry [51] Blankets", "Sundry Articles of Cloathing" and "7 Cartouch Boxes delivered to his Company, which were recd. from the Town of Lebanon" in 1777 and cumulatively valued at L 45.5.6. Paul Brigham (1746-1824) was a captain in the 8th Connecticut Regiment during 1777, serving in the Continental Army until 1781. He was later the first lieutenant governor of Vermont (1791-1797) and assumed the governorship in the latter part of 1797, upon the death Governor Thomas Chittenden.
