A charming countertop arcade game, manufactured by Mills Novelty Co. from 1938 to 1939. It has a tall oak cabinet with orange trim and cast aluminum hardware, displaying some exterior wear. The interior is neat and the colors retain their vibrant qualities, featuring a fun graphic of a playful seal. Complete with the original paper instructions. No keys included.
