STEVENS M-520-30 TRENCH SHOTGUN. SN 60103A. Cal. 12 ga. Bbl 20". Stevens Model 520-30 shotgun complete with bayonet lug and perforated metal bbl guard. U.S. marked receiver with ordnance bomb inspection and "P" proof found on left side of receiver. Semi-pistol grip stock, with smooth wooden pump actuator and sling swivels. Action operates smoothly and properly; this weapon appears fully functional. SN on the magazine tube and receiver tang matches, as well as on the bolt. Complete with proper 1917 Remington enfield pattern bayonet and scabbard. CONDITION: Overall finish and appearance is extremely fine to excellent. Bluing about 90% with some patina occurring along magazine tube on right side and also some starting to occur on left side on the actuating arm where the Stevens trademark is. Bore is shiny and bright although it could use a cleaning. Stock has some slight handling marks but is still very handsome and attractive. Bayonet is very good with bright sharpened blade and strong Remington 1917 markings. Scabbard is a brown Australian made scabbard dated "42"This is a very fine example of a trench shotgun.
