30" Barrels marked for modified and full have had choke tubes installed, and are ported. Barrels with wide "Broadway" ventilated rib are marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY" on left and with other information on right. Coin finished action features gold plated single selective trigger. Trigger is of "release" type when set for under barrel first, and gun is not placarded. Action is engraved in usual pigeon style with pairs of pigeons flying through a field of scroll on sides. Rose bouquets are outlined by scroll on bottom. Fences are deeply relief carved with oak leaves and acorns. Nicely crotch figured American walnut long tang square knob buttstock measures 14 - 3/4" over adjustable Morgan trap pad. Beavertail type forend matches well. CONDITION: Very fine, as likely refurbished by factory due to salt wood. Barrel with approximately 90% blue. Action with most french gray, heavily lacquered. Stocks retain over 90% of their glossy finish with some scratches and dings. Checkering worn. Bores are excellent. Mechanically fine. MGM 208
