(1968) 26 - 1/2" Barrels marked for skeet and skeet chokes, are fitted with narrow, ventilated rib. All correct Browning markings for period of manufacture are on top barrel. Small size coin finished OU action fitted with gold plated single selective trigger, is engraved in usual "pigeon" style with rose and scroll on bottom and pairs of pigeons flying through a field of light scroll on sides. Fences are relief carved with oak leaves and acorns. American walnut short tang round knob buttstock with interesting quilted stump figure measures 14 - 1/4" over Browning composition buttplate. Point pattern checkering is at grip. Full forend matches well. Gun comes with tan Hartman case lined in faux fur, and contains Naugahyde tag and two keys. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining essentially all factory finishes on wood and metal , with only a few light handling and assembly marks, and faint firing halos on breech face. Checkering remains bright and unworn. Mechanically excellent. Case is excellent inside and out. MGM 238
