Features include; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADN", center toggle link marked "S/42" and "1936" over the chamber. This is an all matching numbers gun except the magazine. The magazine is an un-marked aluminum bottom FXO magazine. CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 70% of the original applied blue finish, with thinning straps, high edge wear, holster wear and some freckling. Unnumbered checkered wood grips with sharp checkering and a chip underneath the safety lever. Great bore with sharp lands and grooves. Comes in a WW2 jnz WaA668 1942 dated holster with some crazing and the lift up strap is broke. Also included is a capture paper allowing John F. Lincoln to bring this gun home 9 Jan 46. The gun is listed by serial number on the document. This is a true Vet bring back.
