A coin operated foot oscillator or massaging machine by Dr. Pyle, manufactured by the Welcome Meter Company in California. Circa 1940s. It has a nice cast aluminum construction, finished in a lovely burgundy color with gold pinstripe detailing. There is only one feature which is turning the knob, which causes the machine to turn off or on. Normal wear throughout due to age.
