Original World War II USMC 1941 Johnson Rifle Bayonet. Numbered on the side, 54966, this bayonet is in fine to excellent condition retaining virtually all of its original parkerized finish. The leather scabbard is in excellent condition with all original rivets and stitching. It retains a nice dark russet brown color with very minor age and handling marks. The leather is supple but firm at the body. This collector grade bayonet will make an excellent addition to a U.S. or any Military edged weapon collection. Comes with a green web sling. CONDITION: Excellent.
