Lot consists of: Gun (A) Browning A5 Light 12 semi-automatic shotgun manufactured 1956. Features vent rib, blued finish, checkered walnut stock, round knob, Browning composite buttplate and gold trigger. CONDITION: Metal retains nearly all of its reapplied blued finish. Wood is excellent, proud to metal with no cracks. Mirror bore. Fine action. Gun (B) Remington Woodmaster Model 81 semi-automatic rifle. Features sleeved barrel, sporting front sight, rear sight plugged, tang sight, magazine fed, loaded with stripper clips, plain pistol grip walnut stock, steel shotgun butt. The Remington 81 was the updated version of the original Model 8, powerful semi-automatic especially in the .35 Remington caliber. Top with an early Weaver scope with standard crosshair optics. CONDITION: Metal retains over 85% or better original blue finish with some light pitting at bottom of magazine, areas of thinning on barrel sleeve. Stocks are excellent with minor impressions. Scope has some freckling, optics are good. Fine bore and action. A perfect fall deer rifle.
