Lot consists of:Gun (A) Marlin Model 1898, manufactured 1898 to 1905 in 12 gauge only. Features plain round barrel, replaced red luminescent front sight, blued finish, grooved walnut forend, plain pistol grip non-checkered walnut stock with black composite buttplate. CONDITION: Outside the metal retains approximately 95% or better of the reapplied blued finish. Stocks are excellent and proud to metal with a couple of usual handling marks. Fine action and bore with some minor abrasion. Gun (B) Winchester Model 97 exposed hammer shotgun, manufactured 1951. Features blued finish, takedown, grooved walnut forend, plain pistol grip walnut stock and black composite buttplate. Sling eyes added. CONDITION: Retains approximately 90% or better original blue with high edge wear and handling marks only. Fine action and mirror bore. High condition late Model 1897.
