Very high condition mid sized Galand revolver in 9mm with usual 3.75 inch barrel, having drift adjustable front sight and notched rear sight. Left side of frame marked "GALAND/PARIS" reflecting sale through that site. Full serial number split between left side of barrel lug and frame. Fitted with finely checkered wood grips, panels secured with a single transverse screw through paired escutcheons. Buttcap with rotatable lanyard ring. Major components rust blued. Hammer and trigger in the white. CONDITION: Unusually fine with revolver retaining 90-95% deep original rust blue. Hammer and trigger in comparable condition. Excellent grips with sharp checkering, an occasional superficial bruise, but no cracks, or discernible losses. Bright bore, minimal corrosion, strong rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. It would be difficult to find a mid sized Galand in better condition.
