(1983) This Spanish made shotgun has 27 - 5/8" dovetailed barrels with narrow, swamped game rib. Top of right barrel is engraved "ARMAS - EGO". Barrel flats are stamped with 1982 Spanish nitro proofs for 2 - 3/4" chambers. Coin finished sidelock action with automatic safety, bushed strikers, and double triggers (front articulated), is engraved with near full coverage small scroll. Blued top lever and single beaded trigger guard are also scroll engraved. Nicely streaked European walnut straight grip buttstock measures 15" over checkered wood butt and features drop points and point pattern checkering. Matching splinter ejector forend has Anson release. Gun is housed in tan leather case with leather corners, lined in green felt. Case contains a pair of snap caps and a round oil bottle. CONDITION: Excellent, close to new with evidence of limited firing, and a few scattered handling and assembly marks in all wood and metal surfaces. Mechanically fine. Case is good with some marks and scuffs. Interior lid panel is detached. Accessories are fine. MGM156
