Dating to the 1930's and 1940's, this luggage case outfit comes with the tear gas rifle. Within the case are six 3" diameter painted cutaway canisters and six 1-1/2" aluminum cutaway canisters and practice barricade penetrating cartridge. The rifle is stamped on left side "1.5 CALIBER FEDERAL GAS RIOT GUN / FEDERAL LABORATORIES INC / PITTSBURGH PA MADE IN USA". Right side of stock is stamped "ILLINOIS STATE POLICE". Rifle consists of a checkered pistol grip and standard rifle stock, both made of walnut with black composite buttplate. Barrel and frame are finished in matte military style. Has a flip-up peep sight good to 100 yards and standard manual sight with a large bead front sight. It is a top break which works by lifting the standard rear sight. CONDITION: Still retains 90% original finish with usual handling marks. Wood is excellent with a few normal dings. Fine bore. This entire outfit rests in a black FBI style case.
