A Thompson recreation of the original Model 1927A1 semi-automatic rifle. This early model features the finned barrel, compensator, blued finish, drum magazine, extra stick magazine, 1920's style pistol grip walnut buttstock. Someone has installed the World War II finger groove forend typical of the 1940's; a vertical pistol grip forend would be more authentic for the 1920's. CONDITION: Retains approximately 95% finish with usual handling wear. With note to some enamel loss on rear sight protective shields.
