According to factory letter, this revolver was shipped on February 5th, 1896 to Simmons Hardware in St. Louis, Missouri as a 4-3/4" nickel .45, stocks not listed. CONDITION: This revolver has been beautifully restored to as new condition. Features full nickel plated finish with fire blue small parts, razor sharp legends. Retimed like new. Fitted with a pair of one piece ivory grips. Bore has strong, defined rifling with a bit of minor residue and frosted grooves. This beautiful revolver rests in a French fitted leatherette carry case with a full box of older ammunition. The nice thing about this revolver is that it is antique but looks like it was made yesterday.
