30" barrels fitted with ventilated broadway rib are marked with makers name and address on top left, and with chamber, gauge, and Browning patent information along with "MADE IN BELGIUM" on top right. Barrels are fitted with Teague interchangeable choke tubes, with two installed in barrels, and five additional with installation tool, in black plastic case. Coin finished action with single selective gold plated trigger is engraved in "B2G" (Coblence) style, which was quite popular in Europe. Engraving consists of sprays of scroll surrounding oval game scenes; pair of pheasant on left, and ducks on right. Nearly all of these guns were signed by the engraver. Engraving on this gun was by "R Coenen" with signature below pheasant scene. Stump figured and lightly marbled European walnut long tang square knob buttstock measures 14-3/8" over black KICKEEZ pad. Point pattern checkering is at grip. One piece schnabeled forend matches well. Gun is housed in dark brown Browning case lined in brown faux fur. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining approximately 90% on all wood and metal surfaces, with numerous handling and assembly marks. Bores are excellent and have been back bored. Mechanically fine with evidence of considerable use. Case is good. MGM 18.
