English cameo decanter by Webb has squat bulbous body with slender neck with layer of white over red cameo flowers, branches and butterfly against an acid-textured clear frosted background, finished with a sterling silver handle hinged handle and lid with foliate design. Vase is unsigned, silver stamped with Gorham hallmarks, dated 1887. Similar examples of this model are illustrated in the reference book "English Cameo Glass" by Grover and Grover, pages 23 & 372. Very Good to Excellent.
