ID'd Marine Corps lot that consists of a World War I period summer service uniform coat, mustard yellow wool fatigue shirt, tropical visor hat, identity disks and medals. Uniform is the 1912 pattern and has green wool MSgt stripes on the sleeves as well as a felt 15th Separate Bn, 5th Brigade shoulder patch. Pinned on the uniform are the Marine Corps Good Conduct medal (rim No. 22193), World War I Victory Medal with St. Mihiel, Meuse Argonne, and Defensive Sector bars, and a sterling rifle expert badge. Identity Disks on original cord read: "JOHN. D. RAY, 4-20-17, U.S.M.C.". Uniform has matching set of bronze EGA collar discs. Hat is 1922 enlisted pattern with correct EGA device affixed. All items are period correct and appear to have been with the grouping forever. CONDITION: Uniform is excellent with no fading, holes, etc. M1916 wool undershirt rates same. Hat is missing it's leather sweatband, is a size 7, and rates very good.
