Features a round barrel with turned blunderbuss muzzle and rib with ramrod ferrules mounted on left side. The underside is fitted with a triangular steel spring bayonet which is released by a lever behind the trigger. The brass scalloped boxlock action is decorated with tooled borders, one side inscribed "Waters" and the other inscribed "Patent No. 107". Steel reinforced cock with sliding thumb safety on top. Steel trigger guard and solid silver grotesque mask buttcap and vacant oval wrist escutcheon. Grip is of partially figured walnut. CONDITION: Good. Barrel and action retain a mellow unpolished patina with some wear to markings. Ramrod is absent. Bayonet and action function well. Silver furniture retains a dark patina and grip has a few scattered marks from use.
