Standard rebuilt M1 Garand that features a receiver that was manufactured December 1944 to March 1945. Barrel is not marked (but believed to be a Douglas 6 grove by the consignor). The action and barrel have been bedded. National Match front sight and updated rear sight. Replacement stock and forend; colors don't match and with block letter "P" on wrist. Gas port appears to have been replaced. Frame has a green parkerized finish while gas trap is a blue-grey. Both sides of stock have the "1998 Camp Perry National Match Participant" sticker for 98/99. Barely visible "DOD" stamp on left side of stock. "IS" sticker on right side of stock. CONDITION: Wood is very good to excellent with usual dings. ME reading: 1.
