Manufactured by Deutsche Waffen- und Munitionsfabriken Co. and sold commercially in the United States. This is known as the 1900 American Eagle Luger. Features long frame, round barrel, dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, unmarked thumb safety, early style extractor. Center toggle link marked "DWM" in script. American Eagle over the chamber. Narrow grip safety without a stock lug. It has the early style flat main spring and dished toggle. "GERMANY" export mark on the front of the frame. CONDITION: This is an all matching numbers gun with just a bit of high edge wear. Gun is in mint condition with 92% of the original rust blue finish and 95% of the original straw color on small parts. Barrel shows some patina coming through the finish like it should. Sharply checkered grips with no chips or cracks. Bright and shiny bore with crisp lands and grooves. Nickel magazine with correct unmarked wood bottom magazine.
