Lot consists of: Gun (A) Smith & Wesson Model 520. Referred to as the Model 357 Magnum M&P introduced in 1980. they were special ordered for the New York State Police but never delivered. 3,000 were manufactured in 1980 only. Six shot, double action built on the square butt N service frame with three screw, pinned barrel, blued finish, six shot, case colored hammer and trigger. Silver medallion grips are replacements and are stamped with a date "March 11th, 1992". CONDITION: Aside from a light drag line revolver retains nearly all of its factory blue finish. Little to no signs of having been used or fired. Gun (B) Smith & Wesson Model 29-3. Introduced in 1982. Features nickel finish, six shot, case colored hammer and trigger, red ramp front sight, blued adjustable rear sight, target hammer and trigger. CONDITION: Usual light handling marks but overall 98% original factory nickel. Revolver has been fired. Fine bore and action. Missing and will need a set of proper grips. Comes in original mahogany display box with no paperwork or tools. Gun (C) Smith & Wesson Model 1950 target revolver. Referred to as a Pre-Model 26, a mere 2,768 reported manufactured. Introduced in February of 1950. Built on the square butt N target frame with matching serial number on grips, cylinder and barrel. Features six shot, double action, blued finish, high Patridge front sight, target adjustable rear sight, case colored target hammer, case colored trigger. CONDITION: Left side of barrel shows 50% loss of finish with some age freckling on frame. Loss to finish with light salt and pepper pitting to cylinder. It appears this gun spent lots of time stored on its left side. Silver medallion Magna diamond checkered grips have some chipping at base. Balance 2/3 of cylinder and right side of frame retains approximately 80% original blue. Fine bore and action. Very rare revolver not presently in collector condition. May be worth restoring.
