Attractive matching MG-34 display gun albeit using some previously un-numbered post-war spare parts. “dot” (Brunn) 1945 dated MG-34 parts kit on solid billet dummy receiver. Top cover devoid of Nazi proofs but matches shroud number and is not a re-number. Other matching numbered parts include buffer, buffer cup, and wooden butt. Handgrip with aluminum grip panels numbered “26”. , and . Serviceable parts on this display gun include fine condition muzzle booster and bearing, ZB-26 style post-war bipod, shroud with functional sights, feed tray, charging handle, safety switch, buffer cup latch, buffer, buffer cup, and wooden butt. No barrel present. CONDITION: fine gray blued finish on metal parts with some scattered light corrosion. Handgrip panels show moderate dings to high edges. Wooden butt has been sanded and refinished over some small nicks and dings. Butt held in place by a set screw in right side of dummy receiver. Nice display gun with some useful parts. JWK 18-11-138
