Gun (A) is a Nagoya type 99, series 9. Mum is ground. Retains a pleasing patina overall. Matching numbers. Stock appears to have been lightly cleaned at some point. Good mechanical function. Does not appear to be import marked. No provision for a cleaning rod. Reproduction rubberized canvas sling and dust cover. The rear of the triggerguard tang is broken off and missing about halfway from the middle of the rear screw hole. Accompanied by a late war slab bayonet with squared off pommel and straight quillon made at Toyoda Jidoshoki Seisakusho (Toyoda Automatic Loom Works) under Nagoya supervision. Metal scabbard has some dents. Gun (B) is a Nagoya type 99, series 7. Mum is ground. Matching numbers. Not import marked. Good mechanical function. Retains 80% finish overall with some light surface rust here and there. Stock has numerous dings and abrasions. Bore is fine with strong rifling. Good Kanji character on bottom of the stock. Reproduction leather sling and dustcover. Accompanied by a National Denki (National Electric) made slab bayonet in a standard metal scabbard. Bayonet retains 90% original finish. Wood grips are fine with some dings. Scabbard has some light surface rust. Gun (C) is a Nagoya series 8. Mum is ground. Very late style rough welded block rear sight. Wood buttplate. Bayonet lug and receiver are matching. The bolt is not. Stock appears to have been lightly refinished at some point. Retains 85% finish on metal. Not import marked. Has a braided rope sling which appears to be period. This gun is accompanied by a very hard to find "rocking star" marked bayonet which was made at the Toyakawa Kosho Naval Arsenal. Slab style blade has been heavily sharpened at some point. As is common on these bayonets, there is no number on the pommel. Wood grips are fine with some handling marks. Standard metal scabbard.
