Made by Ludwig Borovnik in Ferlach, Austria and imported by Flaig's in Millvale, Pennsylvania circa 1950-1980, this rifle features double triggers, game scene engraved scalloped action with coin finish and fine European walnut checkered capped pistol grip stock with cheekpiece and Pachmayr vented recoil pad. Walnut checkered one piece forearm with quick release latch. Comes with 1x4 power Leupold Vari-X II scope with fine crosshairs and fine dot reticle and European style leather sling. Rifle sights with rear flip sight and rail mount scope system. CONDITION: Barrel retains 80% original blue with some fading where rail mount was added. Gun has excellent bores. Frame retains 80% coin finish with sharp engraving. Hardware retains 80% blue with Flaig's log cabin logo still visible on trigger guard. Wood has 80% remaining hand rubbed finish remaining with non-original added pad and light handling marks. Scope is clear and functions fine. Gun is in sound mechanical condition and is ready to return to the woods.
