Lot consists of: Gun (A) Ithaca case colored, boxlock, Damascus barrel, side by side 12 bore. All matching numbers. Features standard ejectors, checkered walnut splinter forend, checkered pistol grip walnut stock, black composite grip cap and buttplate, and double set triggers. Left and right side of frame stamped "ITHACA HAMMERLESS". CONDITION: Barrels are in excellent shape with beautiful Damascus pattern, no dents or underside repairs. Retain nearly all of their brown finish. Frame retains approximately 30-40% original case colors. Bottom of frame and trigger guard are brown patina with age spotting. All checkering is sharp. Wood to metal fit is tight. Stock is in excellent condition with a few minor handling marks. Locks up tight as new. Fine bore. This is overall an excellent example of a black powder Damascus shotgun that saw light use and was well cared for. Fine collectible or shootable condition with proper black powder loads. Gun (B) Winchester Model 1912 manufactured 1926. Polychoke added. Features single white bead sight, plain barrel, takedown, blued finish, plain pistol grip walnut stock, and period Red Head waffle buttplate. CONDITION: Barrel retains approximately 95% original blue finish with sharp legends. Tube retains 75% original blue. Frame and magazine color retain flashes of original blue but are basically all grey patina. Walnut corncob forend is excellent with no cracks. Stock is very good to excellent with no cracks and proud to metal with usual handling marks. Someone has added a 1/2" wood spacer in front of the recoil pad. If a 14" length of pull is good for you, the wood spacer can be removed and an original Winchester pad could be added, and would look much better. Near mint bore and action. Gun (C) Remington Model 1894 boxlock side by side shotgun. All matching numbers. Features blued barrels, single bead, fully matted scooped rib, standard ejectors, double triggers, checkered walnut splinter forend, checkered round knob buttstock with Remington logo black composite buttplate. CONDITION: Barrels retains approximately 70% of the blue-brown finish that was reapplied at one time. No dents. Frame retains approximately 20% original case colors, balance patterned or silvered out. Walnut forend is in excellent condition, proud to metal with sharp checkering. Stock is in very good to excellent condition, proud to metal with sharp checkering and no cracks, but there is a wrist repair that was nicely done with a wood dowel and also a repaired spider crack at top of wrist. Not Nitro proofed even though it has fluid steel barrels and not safe for modern loads .Lock up tight as new. Bores are excellent.
