The basis for this custom rifle is a pre-64 Winchester Model 70 action with matching serial number etched on bolt and original Winchester Model 70 Featherweight barrel. No front sight and rear sight slot is filled. The custom stock is a beautiful piece of superb grain walnut with straight comb, rollover cheek piece, beautifully hand checkered, with black forend tip, solid black pad, sling eyes and black composite grip cap. Sports a Leupold Vx-11 3-9x40 gold ring scope. CONDITION: Retaining virtually all custom finish. 99% blue on trigger guard. Scope with standard crosshairs and fine optics. Near new inside and out, as custom made, with a couple minor handling marks.
