Someone started this project with a Mexican Model 10 Mauser action. They fitted it with a new barrel, sans sights, stamped ".22 VAR.", we have no way to tell if it is a rimfire or centerfire because it is missing its bolt, so the future owner will have to have this rifle chamber cast and have a small frame Mauser bolt fitted to this rifle. Custom walnut stock without engraving, rosewood forend tip and grip cap, Monte Carlo rollover cheek piece and black composite buttplate. Comes with Boyt sling and Weaver K10 60-B scope. CONDITION: Metal retains virtually all of the reapplied blued finish. Stock is excellent with usual dings. Fine bore. Excellent scope. This would be a good rifle for someone who is handy at gunsmithing.
