Manufactured by Deutsche Waffen Und Munitionsfabriken Co. Sold commercially in the United States. This is known as the 1900 American Eagle Luger. Features round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety is unmarked, extractor is the early style, dished toggle knobs, center toggle link marked "DWM" in script. American Eagle over the chamber. Narrow grip safety without a stock lug. It has the early style flat main spring. CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 60% of the original rust blue finish with thinning straps and high-edge wear. 50% of the original straw remains. Fair bore with some frosting. Wood checkered grips show some minimal wear. A nice overall original gun.
