This special order rifle features half octagon barrel, full magazine, takedown, Winchester sporting sights, blued finish, walnut stock and rifle butt. CONDITION: This is a very handsome rifle. Barrel and tube retains 95% original factory blue finish with razor sharp edges and legends. with just some minor freckling and drifting patina. Sides of the frame are a 75-80% blue and soft patina with a lovely, homogeneous clean look. Stocks are excellent, proud to metal with no cracks, just usual minor abrasions and nicely grained. Action is fine and bore has strong, shiny rifling. Extremely handsome, well cared fore 1894 takedown in desirable caliber.
