Circa 1890, a lovely polished tooth cigar cutter by George Adam Scheid. Sterling silver eagle head with garnet eye and silver cutter mechanism. Mechanics function properly. Silver shows commensurate age tarnishing. Measures approximately 6" from the tip of beak to the edge of cutter.
