Lot consists of: Gun (A) German 98K bolt action military rifle. Bridge is dated 1939 with "2-43" code date. Three Waffenamt stamps on right side. Bolt number does not match. Trigger guard and floorplate have matching numbers. No visible import stamps. Rear sight graduated to 2000 meters. Correct style pistol grip stock with short hand guard. CONDITION: Frame and barrel retain 90% or better arsenal blue. Stock is excellent with a few chips and minor bruises. Proper cut-out for sling in stock. Strong rifled bore. Fine action. Good example of a Nazi World War II issue Model 98. Gun (B) Yugoslavian M48A Mauser bolt action rifle. Import stamp on bottom of barrel. Matching numbers on bolt, frame and floorplate; mismatched stock. CONDITION: Beautiful condition, retaining nearly all of its arsenal applied blue finish. Excellent wood with usual dings. Fine bore and action. Includes bayonet.
