Pistol grip walnut stock has the "AA" Augusta Arsenal rebuild stamp on left side of stock. Right side has "WRA" and "GD" for Guy Dewey and the Ordnance Wheel. Has the four rivet wide groove handguard. Barrel is not stamped. Proof "P" on wrist. 228 stamped on grip. Late style rear sight. CONDITION: Strong rifled barrel and fine action. Finish on barrel assembly starting to thin and brown. Thinning parkerized frame. Stock is excellent. Comes with original sling.
