Lot consists of: Gun (A) Model 1894 special order rifle manufactured 1905. Features round barrel that has been cut 1/2", reset front sight, Winchester Express three leaf rear sight, button magazine, blued finish, walnut stock and smooth steel shotgun butt. CONDITION: Barrel retains approximately 85% original blue, mixing patina with sharp legends. Frame retains 40% blue and has been cleaned. Stocks are excellent and proud to metal. Fine action. Sharp bore. Gun (B) Model 1894 carbine manufactured 1938. This pre-war classic carbine features full round barrel, full magazine, double bands, hooded front sight, long wood walnut forend, walnut buttstock, checkered butt, blued finish, rear Lyman receiver sight. CONDITION: Barrel, tube and bands retain approximately 95% original blue. Sharp legends. Bolt retains 95% original blue. Frame shows blue in protected areas, otherwise patina. Stocks are near mint. Bore exhibits sharp rifling. Fine action. Nice pair of classic Winchesters.
