Lot consists of: Gun (A) Winchester USA Model 70 in .30-06. Features blue finish, hooded ramp front sight, folding leaf rear sight, jeweled bolt, walnut stock, checkered pistol grip and forend, black tip Monte Carlo stock, high gloss finish, sling eyes. Sports a Bushnell 1.75-4.5 Banner scope in 1" Weaver mounts. CONDITION: Near new inside and out. Gun (B) National Ordnance 1903 action with original World War II barrel. Stock is along the lines of a machine cut FAJEN. Bolt was jeweled. Stock is Monte Carlo with large cheekpiece, checkered with white pistol grip cap and forend tip. Metal has no original finish. Frame has been drilled and mounted with scope bases. ME reading: 2. TE reading: 1.5. Utilitarian hunting rifle with no sights. Putting a good blue job on the barrel and replacing the white accents with black would result in a very handsome and durable hunting rifle.
