According to the factory letter, this was a single gun shipment shipped on January 21st, 1909 to the Copper Queen Store of the famed Copper Queen Mine in the Arizona Territory town of Douglas, care of Phelps, Dodge & Company. It shipped from factory blued and was expertly period fully nickel plated, retaining approximately 90% of the period nickel with sharp edges and legends. Rubber grips are replacements and not numbered. Screw heads are excellent. Indexes and locks up like new. Strong, clean bore. This was one of only five Bisley Models sent to the Copper Queen Mines Store. A great western destination combined with the rarity with respect to the number of Bisleys shipped. A handsome and historic revolver.
