Lot consists of: Gun (A) BRNO Czech VZ-12/33 carbine. Matching number on nosecap, floorplate, trigger guard and stock. Mismatched number on bolt. No visible import marks. CONDITION: Frame retains 85% original arsenal blue. Exposed barrel is a brown freckled patina. Rear sling cut-out has been plugged. Wood shows usual bumps and bruises, to be expected on a used military rifle. Fine bore and action. Missing cleaning rod. Gun (B) Yugoslavian Model 24/47 short rifle. One of the last Mauser rifles produced in Yugoslavia at Kragujevac Arsenal. Common Yugoslavian crest on receiver. Matching number on bolt, stock, floorplate. Import marks under barrel. CONDITION: 95% arsenal blue with brown patina showing through. Wood shows usual dings but is excellent. Very good bore and action. Excellent pair of Communist Block Mauser bolt action rifles.
