This is actually a 5-42 barreled M1 that was converted from the long throw to the short M2 throw. Bolt is marked "NS" for nickel steel and M2 in two places for the conversion. Features Lyman 48 receiver on right side, parkerized finish, finger grooved pistol grip walnut stock with "SA" in box, Type IV 1922-M1 buttplate without trap, ten line-per-inch checkering, and original magazine. Block "P" on wrist. CONDITION: Near new inside and out.
