Produced at the end of World War I, these short barrel Riot US guns were popular at guard guns for depots, rail cars, prisoners, etc. Features plain barrel with single bead, takedown, blued finish, corn cob walnut forend, pistol grip stock with flutes, Winchester monogrammed buttplate. Stamped "CYL" and Ordnance bomb at breech. Left side of frame is stamped "US". CONDITION: Excellent. Retains approximately 85-90% original factory blue with usual handing marks and some finish loss left side of breech of barrel. Stocks are excellent and proud to metal. Fine action. Mirror bore. Very ice example of a US World War I era riot gun.
