Factory built to pressure test the 7.62mm as well as check for accuracy. Barrel is finished in the white and stamped "REMINGTON ARMS CO" with two sets of ID numbers. Electro-etched at breech "RIFLE ACCURACY 7.62MM-D7553790", this matching number is stamped on barrel. Frame is an excellent US Remington 03-A3 serial number 4203121, this matching number is electro-etched on the bolt. Rear sight has been removed. CONDITION: Frame retains the majority of its green parkerized finish. A portion of the original stock has been added and cut down, and includes the original pressed trigger guard and floorplate. Rifled bore is near mint. This test rifle is completely working and could be fired today if you so choose. This is the first of this type we have ever seen.
