Right grip is stamped with matching serial number. Alloy three screw J frame. Steel cylinder and barrel. Model 37 stamped inside crane. Five shot fluted cylinder. Pinned barrel. Silver medallion checkered walnut grips. Case colored hammer and trigger. First manufactured in 1951. Housed in the so-called Starburst or Sunray blue box, serial numbered to gun, with proper white end label; was for guns from 1954-1959. This revolver was made from 1957-1959, which lines up with the manufacture of boxes. CONDITION: Revolver has a couple very minor handling marks, light cylinder drag line, touch of muzzle wear, and near new bore.
