Japanese. Working. Made by Bandai. When in operation, front headlights pop up. Lifting canopy exposes vinyl driver. No cracks to plastic canopy but some minor scratching and wear to car. Includes original box with some staining and creasing. Pictured in Dale Kelley's "Collecting the Tin Toy Car" book on page 43.
