The famous Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 Magnum was introduced in 1949 at a retail price of $120. Referred to as a Variation V that features the super polished blue factory finish; serial number range 11500 to 12500. Standard features include flat top from, target adjustable rear sight, ramp front sight, six shot non-fluted cylinder, single action, square back trigger guard, and walnut grips with black Ruger logo. CONDITION: Aside from a ghost drag line, gun retains 99%+ original factory finish, just a couple minor handling marks on right side of frame. Cylinder face shows no signs of having ever been fired. Beautiful, early Super Blackhawk worthy of a box.
