Offered is a Smith & Wesson 28-2 with the following features: blue finish, blacked out and serrated ramp front sight, adjustable rear, bead blasted top rib, pinned barrel, six shot fluted and recessed cylinder, case colored service hammer and trigger, 3 screw N frame, serrated checkering on front and back straps as well as trigger, Magna checkered walnut gold medallion grips. Left side of barrel reads "SMITH & WESSON" while right side reads ".357/CTG" and "HIGHWAY/PATROLMAN". Frame has Smith & Wesson trademark on right side and company information. Comes with box numbered to gun. Box has paperwork and tools. CONDITION: Gun is in fine condition with a few scattered handling marks, most notable on cylinder. Cylinder has a light drag line and light burn on face. Grips are excellent with some scratches and one nick at bottom but no major losses. Good action with a tight lockup. Fine bore with sharp lands and grooves. Box is in good condition with scattered handling marks. Some rubs on top of box. Bottom has tape applied. Edges are starting to become worn. A nice example of a Highway Patrolman.
