M1 Carbine manufactured in February of 1944 with an Underwood marked barrel dated 2-44. Inland marked trigger group. Round unmarked bolt. Correct "U" marked slide. "JMG" marked front barrel band with bayonet lug. Unmarked front sight and late rear adjustable sight. Shallow groove four rivet handguard with low cut unmarked buttstock cut for M2. Comes with olive drab woven sling, oiler and stock green canvas two magazing ammo pouch marked "Kadin" and dated 1943. Also a US marked canvas carrying bag comes with this lot. CONDITION: 80% original military finish with light pitting near the end of the barrel. Bore is excellent. ME reading: 2. Wood retains 80% of an arsenal refinish with no visible cartouches. Mechanically sound and functions fine. Does not come with any magazines.
